The large pool is divided by a metal barrier: one side for adults, the other for children. The nearest supermarket is a 5-minute walk away (400 m), and restaurants, bars, and cafés are just a minute away on foot (120 m). Cala Molins beach can be reached in only 3 minutes on foot (270 m). Palma, Mallorca’s capital, and the airport are 67 km away (about 50 minutes by car), on the opposite side of the island. Pets are not allowed. Important: The house is located in a wooded area near the sea, so humidity levels can be high, especially in colder months.
