The modern Can Botana 8 is located in the pretty seaside town of Cala Sant Vicente, in the north of Mallorca and great for relaxing holidays close to the sea. The child-friendly accommodation consists of a living room, a very well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 3 bedrooms (with 2 single beds each) as well as 2 bathrooms and an additional toilet and can therefore accommodate 6 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a fireplace, a television, a baby cot and a highchair. The private covered terrace invites you to enjoy delicious meals from the barbecue and to unwind in the deck chairs, while the garden area with a pool, which is shared with 2 other apartments, is ideal for basking in the sun and taking a swim. There is one big pool divided in 2 by a metal barrier. One side is for adults and the other one is for children. The nearest supermarket is a 5-minute walk (400 m) away and restaurants, bars and cafés are only a one-minute walk (120 m) from the holiday home, while the beach, Cala Molins, can be reached after a mere 3-minute walk (270 m). Mallorca’s capital Palma and the airport are 67 km (50-minute drive) away, on the opposite side of the island. Pets are not allowed. There are 2 CCTV cameras in the accommodation: one downstairs in the living room and one upstairs at the top of the stairs. They are not in operation while the house is rented out, but only in the low season when the house is completely vacant. Important: The house is located in a forested area near the sea, which means humidity levels can be high—especially during the colder months. We do not recommend this property for individuals with respiratory issues or sensitivity to humidity.

ENJOY THE OUTDOORS The private terrace is perfect for outdoor dining and relaxation. It includes a basic yet practical barbecue for al fresco meals. Guests also have access to a communal garden with a shared swimming pool, ideal for cooling off and soaking up the sun. The pool is divided into two sections by a metal barrier: one for adults and one for children, ensuring safety for the whole family. The pool is open from April to November. During the cooler months, the Mediterranean Sea provides a breathtaking alternative for adventurous guests. To ensure a perfect stay, we carry out annual maintenance and improvements before the start of each season. This winter, we have made several updates to keep the villa in top condition, guaranteeing maximum comfort for our guests.
